Things you should know:
All of our products are handmade by gifted artisans in Mexico or the USA, because of this nothing can be identical to what is shown on the website or on another authorized site. That is the beauty of our things, they are crafted with heart and soul, and each one is unique.
Finishes: All finishes are handcrafted as well. What does that mean? Each artisan has his own recipe for aging the recycled sheet metal. We will try and accommodate your wishes but we cannot guarantee the finishes will be exactly as photographed. The finishes may change with time as well. We will try to do what we can to make you smile, whether that be, sending you a new piece or fixing your present one. Shipping may not be included.
If there is damage during shipping we need to be notified within (9) nine days of receipt of merchandise to either refund or replace the merchandise.
